Its registered capital is RMB100 million. It is a company that focuses on various repairs to locomotives(including a variety of engineering locomotives) and on-site overhaul and depot repair (including: wheel pairs and parts overhaul); It is also the largest electrical accessories maintenance enterprise for the passenger train in China,  and it is national high-tech enterprise, Beijing Zhongguancun Jinzhongzi enterprise and the China International Trade Promotion Association Huayang Economic and Trade Group (Huayang Group accounts for 35 % of the shares) investment share company.
At present, Grand Move has established 34 localized maintenance and maintenance service stations for railway passenger train about electrical equipment throughout the country (including 6 maintenance stations in the factory and 28 maintenance stations in the depot). The site covers most areas such as Northeast China, North China, Northwest China, Central China, and South China. Grand Move has reached an agreement with Ziyang Zhongli Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. in July, 2018 for purchasing its 51% shares. Ziyang Zhongli Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. is a technology-based enterprise that specialized in manufacture, sales and maintenance of different types of diesel locomotives, railway rolling stock and equipment accessories. Meanwhile, the company is the agent of locomotive maintenance and engine sales and repair for CRRC Ziyang Co., Ltd. and CSR Yuchai Sichuan Co., Ltd. Supported by colleges and universities, scientific research institutions and locomotive manufacture factories. The company has possessed solid technological strength in development, manufacture and repair.
